I just did a podcast on discomfort and life was sure to send another lesson my way soon after.
I'm so over being polite with my sadness.
And at the same time, leaving people free to have their reactions as I am free to have mine.
BTW, I forgot to mention - my instructor could have been so uncomfortable because she felt bad for possibly hurting ME. There are so many variables but we have to watch the stories our mind will tell us and my mind was definitely trying to push the idea of "hide, hide, hide".
I'm so done with hiding.
